At its foot lies the largest reclining Buddha statue in the world. The Laykyun Setkyar was completed in 2008, the reclining Buddha in 1991.

The tall statue, 108 meters (354 feet) of Bodhisattva Guan Yin is located on the southern bank of Hainan Island of China. The statue has three facets, in which one side faces the inland and the other two face the South China Sea. The statue took 6 years to complete and it was completed in 2005.

Ushiku Daibutsu (120 meters)

Ushiku Daibutsu is located in the Ushiku city in Japan. This figure is the world’s fourth-largest statue, ending in 1995, which is 120 meters high (394 feet) high, with a 10 meter (30 feet) base and a 10 meter (30 feet) lotus platform included.
