Trip To Munnar- Heavenly Places To Visit in Munnar

Munnar is a place where you can make your love moments even more beautiful. The most important thing is that in the month of February snowfall is also happening. Come on, know what is special.

1. Tea museum

This museum is a museum of Tata Tea. In this museum, mementoes are attached to the beginning of tea production in Munnar in 1880.

There are also many historical photographs here. The whole process of making tea in the tea processing unit located near it can be seen and understood closely.

2. Raikulam National Park

This garden is 15 kms away from Munnar. This place falls in Devikulam. Anamudi peak is found in the southern area of the park. Originally, this park was constructed to protect the Nilgiri wild goats. In 1975, it was declared a “Century”.

Considering its importance in the environment of flora and fauna, it was declared a National Park in 1978. Spread over 97 sq km, this park is famous for its natural beauty.

3. Pallahivasal

Pallahivasal is three km away from Munnar’s Chitrapuram area. This is the place which is known for the first Hydro Electric project in Kerala. This place is quite beautiful and the tourists’ favorite picnic spot too.

Munnar, Kerala and Tamil Nadu can be easily reached from both states. Many touristic packages are also available for this great destination from all parts of South India. If you live in North India, you can go to South India to go to flight.
